For our a la carte menu we’ve sourced local produce from the Castile & León region and some are truly unique, such as our “Pardina” lentils, spring Churra lamb, our local wheat and wild woodpigeon, without forgetting traditionally made cheeses and organic wines, which we hope you will really enjoy.

Wine Route pinchos
Various activities are carried out throughout the year as part of the www.rutadelvinodecigales.com, such as a contest for making pinchos (regional tapas) held mid-June between the different establishments in the region. By the way, we won the first ever contest with our Mufflin rosé pincho stuffed with foie gras
Open-air dinners
From 15 July to 1 September, every Thursday at 9.30 pm. A dinner and show. More information and the programme on our website.
Mycological sessions
From 1 to 15 November, and as part of the Buscasetas wild mushroom promotion in the Castile & León region, we have two menus made up entirely of different wild mushrooms that delight even the most demanding of diners.
Hunting sessions
From 15 November to 15 December there are fur and feather sessions in Valoria providing intense flavours accompanied by full-bodied wines; quite an experience for the senses.
